Pam R. - Owner

Pam Roberts has been a Cosmetologist for over 40 years and has owned and operated her own business in Charles County since 1976. During those years, she has also become a licensed educator as well as an American Board Certified Haircolorist. She has attended numerous educational venues throughout the United States, as well as Italy, England and Brazil. Pam’s passion for the artistic side of cosmetology is obvious in her work, but the majority of her time is spent interacting with the clients and assisting her staff.

Kathy brings to the Galleria over 20 years of Cosmetology experience. Her specialties include haircutting and styling. She also likes doing colors, perms and highlights.

I have been a cosmetologist for four years. I enjoy all facets of hair care, but pride myself on healing damaged hair and creating a beautiful healthy head of hair. I do cuts and styling, as well as hair coloring, relaxers, and perms, but really enjoy designing soft, sleek moveable styles for my clients. I am thankful my talent allows me to give my clients styles they can work with and handle until their next visit. I work Tues and Fri from 11 am to 4 pm; Thursday from 1 pm to close, and every other Saturday. Please come see me.

Darlene is a Senior Cosmetologist, Image Consultant and an International/American Board Certified Master Colorist offering over 25 years of experience. Darlene graduated from Yale University of Hair Design and is very much involved in continuing education. Her specialty is in hair coloring and highlighting services.

Hi my name is Pam. I have been doing hair for 12 years. My specialty is in precision short hair cuts and working with fine hair. I enjoy doing perms and pride myself in the grey coverage I’m able to achieve when I apply hair color. I also do roller sets. My hours at the Galleria are Wed, Thur, and Fri from 9:30 to 4. Gareth J.

Gareth started his career almost 20 years ago as an apprentice at Graham Webb International in his native London, England. He then worked his way to Top Stylist and Educator at Graham Webbs London academy. Since 1997 Gareth has been in the USA, first as an educator at The Graham Webb Academy of hair in Arlington, Va and then as a stylist in the metro Washington DC area. Gareth joined the Galleria team in 2006. As well as working hard to meet his guests’ hairdressing needs, Gareth also travels the country as a national educator to Surface Haircare products.

Shareefah is a talented stylist starting here on April 1, 2010 and comes with 10+ years of experience. She is coming to the Galleria from the Gaylord National and will be working on Fridays and Saturdays. Shareefah is looking forward to working with you and sharing her ideas..

Heidi has been a licensed esthetician since 1975. She is the Spa Director at the Galleria and proficient in facials, waxing and body treatments. Heidi was trained in a European private environment and is one of those rare personalities that loves her career choice and it shows in her work. Heidi’s hours are every other Monday from 12 to 8; Tuesday and Thursday from 12 to 8, and every other Wednesday from 12 to 8. On Fridays she works from 8 to 4 and every other Saturday from 8 to 4.
